WAIVER OF BENEFITS--HOMESTEAD AND EXEMPTION LAWS
Each maker, surety, guarantor, and indorser waives for [himself or herself] and family all homestead and exemption rights allowed by the laws of [state of Juristiction], as against the indebtedness evidenced by this instrument or any renewal of this instrument. This waiver shall operate on all the property now owned or hereafter acquired by each person.
